The total amount of your purchases is
If the total amount is over 8,800 yen (including tax), shipping is free. (Delivery company is at your discretion.)
・For orders under 8,800 yen (tax included) Yu-Packet shipping: 360 yen nationwide Yu-Pack shipping: 1,200 yen for Hokkaido and Okinawa, 650 yen for other areas
・For overseas shipping【Overseas shipping】
Shipping charges will apply even if the total amount is over 8,800 yen (tax included).
International shipping does not apply to free shipping.

Timing of product shipment
・We will ship within approximately 7 business days after confirming your payment.
However, please follow the guidelines for times before and after long holidays such as the New Year and summer holidays.
- Regarding pre-ordered items: Items will be shipped after they arrive, so the expected shipping date will be listed on the product page.
Please note that due to production circumstances, the scheduled shipping date may be earlier or later than expected.
・If the address provided at the time of ordering is incorrect and the package is returned to us
If you change (forward) the delivery address, the package will be reshipped and all shipping charges will be borne by the customer, so please be careful not to enter the wrong delivery address.

If we are unable to deliver your ordered items due to your absence or failure to deliver to your mailbox, we will leave a missed delivery notice.
Please be sure to contact the contact information on the delivery slip within the deadline (7 days from the initial delivery date) to let us know a convenient date and time.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address,
If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, the package will be returned to us.
In that case, we will contact you by email (or phone depending on the situation), so please tell us your shipping address again.
We will resend the item, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

*For those paying at convenience stores or via PayPay, please be sure to pick up your payment as refunds are not possible due to the system.
*The fees listed above are the same nationwide and include round-trip shipping fees at the time of shipment and return, convenience store payment fees, cash on delivery fees, administrative fees, etc.
*Please note that if you are absent for an extended period of time or refuse to receive the item, we may change the payment method to prepayment for future orders or refuse to proceed with the transaction.
